Abstract
An immunocompetent woman presented with headaches. She previously worked at a farm in upstate New York. Brain MRI noted pituitary enlargement and neurosurgery pursued trans-sphenoidal pituitary biopsy. Histopathology revealed ill-defined granulomas with clusters of yeast, consistent with Histoplasma.
