Abstract
Complex regional pain syndrome is a debilitating chronic pain pathology that leads to significant functional impairment. There are numerous neuromodulation treatment options available to improve function and quality of life. Peripheral nerve stimulation of specific peripheral nerves can be considered to modulate peripheral pain sensitization. Median, superficial radial, ulnar, peroneal, and posterior tibial nerves have been targeted, with promising results.
