Abstract
TCM is a distinctive syndrome of reversible left ventricular systolic dysfunction, usually precipitated by an acute emotional or physiologic stress in two third of the cases. Commons symptoms include chest pain, dyspnea and palpitations which resembles acute coronary syndrome. We present a unique case in which TCM was induced by pacemaker placement that has been rarely reported.
