  • Two case presentations of different forms of shock and will review the approach on when to suspect cardiac sarcoidosis or pulmonary embolism
  • Recognize when to suspect occult pulmonary embolism
  • Develop an approach to unclear etiology of non-ischemic cardiomyopathy
