Objectives:
- Evaluate the evidence for early intervention in aortic stenosis, including the findings of the EARLY TAVR trial and the implications for managing asymptomatic severe aortic stenosis
- Review the role of mitral transcatheter edge-to-edge repair (M-TEER) in patients with secondary mitral regurgitation, emphasizing the COAPT trial, patient selection, and clinical outcomes
- Compare transcatheter treatment options for severe tricuspid regurgitation, including T-TEER and EVOQUE transcatheter tricuspid valve replacement, with attention to patient selection, efficacy, and procedural risks
- Discuss the role of multimodality cardiac imaging in evaluation valvular heart disease, selecting appropriate candidates, and guiding transcatheter valve interventions
