Objectives:

• Recognize patients who might be experiencing spiritual distress
• Facilitate early collaboration with team members (e.g. palliative care, spiritual care department) who can further explore values impacted by spirituality as it relates to medication hesitancy, advance care planning, or coping with serious illness
