Richard Alweis, Rochester Regional Health

A graduate of Brown University and Warren Alpert School of Medicine at Brown University, Richard Alweis completed his residency and chief residency at Mount Auburn Hospital. Before taking his current position as the Associate Chief Medical Officer for Education at Rochester Regional Health, he served as the internal medicine residency director of Tower Health in West Reading, Pennsylvania. Dr. Alweis has held faculty positions at Harvard Medical School, Sidney Kimmel Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University, and the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. He is presently Clinical Adjunct Professor of Medicine at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and was the Founding Dean of the Rochester Regional Health Clinical Campus of Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine.
