Abstract
Case report of an 89-year-old patient presenting with a nontraumatic painless growing mass on the right thigh. This article presents the diagnostic imaging and histologic microscopic views of the mass following a radical resection. Further discussing the key findings to diagnose undifferentiated sarcomas as well as the clinical management.
